Orders are shipped Standard USPS, Priority USPS or Fed Ex Ground, depending upon the quantity in the order and its value. Contact us prior to placing your order if you require a different shipping option.
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 3-7 business days. At various times throughout the year, this may be extended due to high order volumes.
Do you offer International shipping?
currently do not offer shipping outside the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We do NOT accept cash, checks or COD.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Completion of your order is confirmation that you have reviewed and verified the order information and personalization. We currently do not accept cancellations or changes. If you realize that you have made an error call us immediately at 816-820-8893. If we have not processed your order, we may be able to make a change.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped to Missouri. The tax applies to merchandise only.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized items can not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. However, your happiness is our top priority so feel free to call us at 816-820-8893.
Do you include pricing with the shipment?
We understand that many of our orders are gifts so we do NOT include price information in the shipment.
Are there any restrictions in the text that I use to personalize?
